About the event
Join us for a unique evening at Rift Wine Bar & Taphouse in Scottsdale, Arizona—the first event of its kind in the Valley of the Sun! This is a community gathering to spark curiosity and connection around death and dying. We'll clink glasses (non-alcoholic beverages abundant for non-drinkers!), chat about one of life's two great mysteries, draw cards from the Death Deck, and chip away at the taboo surrounding our mortality. This event is proudly hosted by Death over Drafts Crafter Kim Stravers of Night Rose Deathcare.
- This event is free, but we hope you’ll support our generous venue partner, Rift Wine + Tap, by purchasing a beverage or two.
- All are welcome, from the death curious to the death cozy.
- You can still come if you don’t love beer! NA options, cider, mead & wine are also available.
- This is not a support group, yet it is a supportive community.
