We will be holding our inaugural Happy Hour event on Saturday, May 18th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the RiNo Beer Garden located at 3800 Walnut St., Denver, CO 80205. Weather permitting, look for us on the patio where we will have an area set up with Death Over Drafts tabling supplies. If the weather is yucky, we will relocate inside. Please RSVP so we get an idea of how many to expect.

Death over Drafts (Happy Hour) started with a brewing vision to bring people together and create meaningful connections by combining two passions—craft beer and conversations on end of life.

Our Death over Drafts gathering will likely have a secular, non-religious leaning as that is the focus of our Secular Hub community, however all are welcome and the discussions are always lively and entertaining.We will be brewing up conversations using The Death Deck, a lively tool to navigate many topics related to death.

• This is a super supportive community yet we are not a support group
• In this communal environment, we remind you to be responsible for your own engagement.
• We will be using a conversation starter game "The Death Deck"
• Depending on turn out we may split into two or more sub-groups
• Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages and Food are available for purchase at the bar.

Death over Drafts is an informal event about all things death and dying. Most of all, we want to encourage meaningful connections and have fun while de-stigmatizing talk about the inevitable.
